Community Association
All homeowners in
Heathfield are automatically members of HOA. Each property owner in
Heathfield is entitled to one vote. Members vote to elect Board
members and vote on any other issues that are put before the
membership.
Assessments are used to
pay the on-going expenses of the association. Major expenses
include electricity (streetlights and entrance lights), irrigation
and landscaping of common areas.
The
homeowner's association is managed by a 4-member board that was elected by the homeowners to serve until
each officer's term has expired. The board is comprised of a President,
Vice-President, Treasurer and a non-voting Secretary and includes committees that
address various operational issues (e.g., maintenance, finance,
security, architectural review). More information is on the
Committees page.

Property Changes and Covenants
The short answer is no. All external changes to
your property, including significant landscaping must be approved in
advance by the HOA Architectural Review Committee. Information on
the Architectural Review Committee is included on the
Committees page. The
Architectural Review Form is located on the
Forms page.
